Yes you can cancel at anytime. Although I hope that you’ll love receiving your print club each month, I understand that you may wish to cancel. Please ensure that you cancel before the 15th of the month you wish to stop, as that is the cut off point for that month.
If it is after the 15th, you will be in a new month. You will be charged for that month and your Print Club will be sent to you as normal. Your cancellation will then be effective for the next month.
e.g. March 14 you cancel your subscription. You won’t be charged or receive March’s Print Club.
March 16 you cancel your subsciption, you will be charged for March and receive March’s Print Club - but you won’t be charged or receive April’s.

Unfortunately sometimes items do get lost or damaged in the post. Print Club is sent untracked standard post to help keep subscription costs down.
After receiveing the email from me to say it’s on it’s way - UK post should arrive around 3-5 days after and International between 7 days and 3 weeks depending on your location.
Please allow time for it to arrive. If it hasn’t arrived in the expected time frame, please contact me at elizabeth.sorosina@gmail.com to resolve.

Due to the nature of the print club I am unable to offer refunds for change of mind or if you don’t like a particular month’s designs (although I always hope that you will love them!)
Once a particular month’s print club has been posted, it can’t be returned. However, you would be able to cancel your subscription to stop any further transactions. Please ensure to cancel before the 15th of the month to avoid being charged for another month.
If you didn’t receive your print Club or it arrives damaged - please get in touch elizabethsorosina@gmail.com and I can arrange a replacement.

Monthly Print Club — Terms & Conditions
By subscribing to the Monthly Print Club, you agree to the following terms:
1. Subscription Overview
The Monthly Print Club is a recurring subscription that delivers one art print, one positive postcard and one newsletter per month. Prints are curated and selected by artist Elizabeth Sorosina and will be different each month. They will mostly be chosen from collections ‘Into the Deep’ and ‘In Full Bloom’ but may come from other collections too. Specific artwork cannot be requested or exchanged.
2. Copyright & Ownership
All artwork included in the Monthly Print Club remains the exclusive intellectual property of the artist Elizabeth Sorosina.
Your purchase grants you a license for personal use only. This means:
Prints may be displayed in your home or personal space.
Prints may not be copied, scanned, reproduced, redistributed, resold, sublicensed, or used for commercial purposes.
Artwork may not be used in branding, merchandise, NFTs, digital products, or social media resale.
Any unauthorized reproduction or resale is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. Resale & Distribution Prohibited
Prints received through the Monthly Print Club are not eligible for resale, whether in original or altered form. This includes, but is not limited to:
Selling the print itself
Selling digital versions
Selling as part of bundles, collections, or secondary markets
The Print Club is intended for personal enjoyment and mindful collecting only.
4. Payments & Billing
Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize automatic charges to your selected payment method unless the subscription is cancelled prior to the next billing cycle. Any extra tarrifs, taxes or charges added by your country of delivery are the responsibility of the subscriber - not Elizabeth Sorosina Artist.
5. No Refunds or Returns
Due to the nature of this subscription and the production of limited art prints:
All sales are final.
Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available, including but not limited to:Change of mind
Missed cancellations
Personal preference regarding the artwork
Please review all details carefully before subscribing.
6. Shipping
Prints are shipped to the address provided at checkout. The artist is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Please ensure you update your address if you move house.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next billing date to avoid future charges. Cancellations apply to upcoming months only; previously billed months are not refundable.
8. Changes to the Print Club
The artist reserves the right to modify print sizes, paper types, packaging, pricing, or subscription structure as needed. Any changes will be communicated in advance when possible.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
